There are two choices for completing the learning assessment and evaluation form:

The above link will enable you to take the learning assessment and complete the evaluation form online. Once selected, the link will redirect you to Postgraduate Institute for Medicine's CME University (www.cmeuniversity.com). Once there, click on "Find Post-Test/Evaluation by Course" on the navigation menu, and search by project ID 7312. Upon successfully completing the learning assessment and evaluation form online, your certificate of completion will be made available immediately. (You will be required to create a brief profile before completing the learning assessment.)
