Audience & Instructions for Credit

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of nursing professionals who are involved in the diagnosis, treatment, and education of patients with ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease.

To complete this activity and receive a Statement of Credit, participants must:

• Complete and submit the Learning Assessment and Evaluation Form
• Score at least 70% on the Learning Assessment
